WorkoutMy lower ab exercise is leg lifts.

Lying on my back with my feet together, legs straight, and heels about 3 inches off of the ground I raise my legs straight up keeping my legs as straight as possible. I then lower my legs after they reached the top and return to the 3 inches off the ground position with out letting my heels hit the ground. You should feel this in your lower abs and your hips. Try this lower ab exercise and let me know if it works for you
