WORKOUT 1:
3 X 350 with 5 minutes rest at 90% effort

WORKOUT 2:
4 X 300 with 5 minutes rest at 90% effort

WORKOUT 3:
2 X 450 with 5 minutes rest at 90% effort

Remember that endurance workouts are to be done near race pace and distance. Make sure to run for quality rather than quantity.
