AEROBIC WORKOUTS
20 Minute Brisk Jog on grass or running trail.
Circuit Drills

ANAEROBIC WORKOUTS
Workout 1: 3 x 3 x 30 Meter sprints at 95-100% effort with 1 min rest between reps and 5 min between sets.
Workout 2: 3 x 4 x 20 Meter sprints at 95-100% effort with 1 min rest between reps and 5 min between sets.
Workout 3: 3 x 2 x 50 Meter sprints at 95-100% effort with 1 min rest between reps and 4 min between sets.

ENDURANCE WORKOUTS
Suicides: 4 Sets Sprint 20 meter and back without stopping Sprint 40 meter and back without stopping Sprint 60 meter and back without stopping Sprint 80 meter and back without stopping Sprint 100 meter and back without stopping Indian Runs: 20 minutes While jogging in a group and in a line the last person will sprint to the front of the line until the run is finished. 2 x 6 x 100 Meter sprints at 85-90% effort with 1 min rest between reps and 3 min between sets.
