I don't know how I pulled this one off

I had too long of a day and I can't believe that I'm still up. My day is always longer than what I plan it to be and there usually isn't anything that I can do about it. Today I had breakfast, went fishing, went to the movies, went to the grocery store, went to my moms, went out to eat, came back home, and I just finished my workout at 11:30pm. My body is so tired and sore I don't know if that is good for getting a good workout, or bad for over working myself. I know tomorrow I plan to sleep in and I hope no one wakes me up early.

My big challenge is to bounce back from Thanksgiving dinner and maintain my diet and workouts. I've been doing good with both, but I will pig out on turkey day. Maybe I'll try to workout two times that day to make up for all that I will be eating. Last years Thanksgiving was awesome because the food was so good and I had a good time with all the family being together. I hope this year will be as good as last years holidays.

This will have to be a short post because I can barely keep my eyes open and I'm so tired.
