I cramped up so bad

I had a indoor soccer game last night and I did better than I thought I would do. I was really tired and I started to cramp up in the second half. Bummer!!! I ended up scoring only one goal and that was in the first thirty sec of the first half. Our team ended up with a tie 2-2 and that was really close. I mean with in the last 10 secounds the other team scored a goal to tie us.
